Who processes your data

What we ask for
The demo request form asks for your name, company and email. You may also provide your phone number, a message and a request for a quote. We use these details to respond and arrange a demo, based on your consent.
Where your request goes
Your request is sent to Spreadcell by the web server’s mail system. The form does not use an external form or analytics service. The web and email hosting provider processes technical data to operate these services.
Retention and security
Your request is kept in email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and arrange potential cooperation. The form does not store your message in a web server database. Hashed identifiers and timestamped counters help prevent abuse. They expire within an hour and are deleted when the next permitted form submission is processed. Standard server access logs may contain IP addresses.
Your choices
You may request access to your data, ask for corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing info@spreadcell.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and external requests
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the same web server.
