One order from plan to workshop screen
Every sample view shows the same order, 1042. The planner schedules the work, the worker sees it at the workstation and the workshop screen shows what is happening right now.
1. Planning
A confirmed order’s jobs are scheduled by their standard hours. The planner can drag them to another day.

Inventory that shows what orders need
Stock is grouped by material and thickness. Prodcell compares the material requirements of open orders with free stock and shows what has fallen below its minimum.
- Goods receipt, write-off and stocktakingStock can be counted one row at a time or a whole group at once.
- Stock labels with QR codesA label shows the order, material, dimensions and shelf. After a goods receipt, all labels can be printed at once.
- ScanningA label opens the stock item. From there you can print the label again, link the item to an order or write it off.
- Stock valueThe value in euros is visible only to users who are allowed to see cost prices.
For sheet and slab materials, Prodcell can link a specific slab to an order and keep track of the pieces left over after cutting.
MDF 19 mm: open orders need 10 pcs and 4 are free. 6 pcs are missing.
Invoices go straight to your accounting
You send an order’s invoice from Prodcell straight to your accounting software. The customer’s details travel with the invoice, so nobody enters them twice. Integrations with Merit Aktiva and Excellent Books are ready. For other systems, we build the integration by agreement.
- Prepayment invoice ETT-1042
- Final invoice ARVE-1042
- Customer details on the invoice
- Merit Aktiva
- Prodcell sends the prepayment and final invoices. The invoice PDF comes back to the order. If you wish, Prodcell also checks whether the invoice has been paid.
- Excellent Books
- The final invoice arrives in Excellent Books unconfirmed, so your accountant can review it. Prodcell finds the company by its registry code and adds it when it is missing.
- REST API
- Other systems can read and change Prodcell data and start or finish jobs. Access uses a key and is set separately for each data object.
- Files and drawings
- Every order has its own folder for general files, finished work and drawings. A file or a whole folder can be shared with a signed link.
Setting up an integration requires API access to your accounting software. We agree on the exact scope based on your workflow.
We adapt Prodcell to the way you work
Boards, order statuses, operations and roles are set up for your company. If your workflow needs a new step, we add it as development work.
Boards
We set up the boards around your work stages. This example is for a company that also measures and installs.
Statuses follow the work
When the first job starts, the order is In production. When the last job finishes, it is Done.
Reasons for waiting
The Waiting board has a row for each reason, such as a quote, a prepayment or material.
Roles and permissions
Planners change the plan and others see it in view-only mode. Visibility of sale prices and cost prices can be granted separately.
Languages
The interface is available in Estonian, Russian and English. Each user chooses their own language.
Working time rules
The start and length of the working day, the buffer before a deadline, overtime and company closed days.
Getting started
We agree on the exact scope and timeline of the rollout in the quote.
We map your workflow
Together we look at how an order moves today, where it waits and which systems you use.
We adapt and integrate
We set up the boards, statuses, roles and the integrations you need. Existing data, such as stock levels, can be brought over.
We train your users
We show planners, the office and workshop staff their own views.
You start using it
We begin with real orders and fine-tune the setup together with your team.
The monthly fee is the base project plus users
The base project includes one user. The fee for each additional user depends on whether they plan work. We will find the right setup together.
Base project
€120per month
Your Prodcell environment with one user.
Planner
€80per user per month
A user who can plan work.
Standard user
€40per user per month
A user without planning rights.
